CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours is required to reschedule or cancel your existing appointment or you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Deposit goes towards the total the day of appointment and it is nonrefundable. Please arrive to your appointment on time. We will give a 15 minute grace period, After 16 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule. We Charge a 50% cancellation fee if you are a no show. All forms need to be signed or we cannot perform the service and we will have to cancel until signed.
